This site is a database of information on different ways to lose weight and keep it off. This site is open ranged where weightloss is concerned, this site is Atkins, Pro-Ana, Stella style, south Beach, Eat-stop-eat, weight watches, and zero carb friendly. Our motto is "Do you want control? Then find the path that is right for YOU". We focus on the lifestyle not the diet. We know that diets only work for a little while but a lifestyle will become habitual. We focus on promoting a safe, healthy haven, a place where we can continually try and find ways to the path of eating that will work for US and we hope our information will help inspire YOU to continue to find your own path that is right for you. Please note that this is a family friendly, self governing community site, which means simply each member is expected to be friendly one to another and govern your own self. Here you will find  a few of the recipes I have created that work for me.

Food to be avoided:

•Bread and everything else made with flour( use carbquik instead)

•Cereal, including breakfast cereals and milk pudding

•Potatoes and all other white root veggies

•All processed sweets

There are a few ingredients that I find I must have on hand at all times in order to continue low carb. And they are:
Eggs, heavy whipping cream, cheese, splenda, chicken breast, almond flour, flax meal. These are my staples of the low carb lifestyle I live.
