This site is a database of information on different ways to lose weight and keep it off. This site is open ranged where weightloss is concerned, this site is Atkins, Pro-Ana, Stella style, south Beach, Eat-stop-eat, weight watches, and zero carb friendly. Our motto is "Do you want control? Then find the path that is right for YOU". We focus on the lifestyle not the diet. We know that diets only work for a little while but a lifestyle will become habitual. We focus on promoting a safe, healthy haven, a place where we can continually try and find ways to the path of eating that will work for US and we hope our information will help inspire YOU to continue to find your own path that is right for you. Please note that this is a family friendly, self governing community site, which means simply each member is expected to be friendly one to another and govern your own self. Please do not join this site so that you can post the warnings or health risk of certain diet methods as this is not the place to share that information. Low carb flax Bread

* 2 cups flax seed meal
* 1 Tbsp baking power
* 1 tea salt
* 1 cup Splenda
* 7 eggs, beaten
* ½ cup water
* 2 sticks of butter
* 1/3 cup raw ground sunflower seeds
* 2 scoops of sugar free protein powder
* 5 ounce of cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredient and blend well.
(spray the loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray)
Pour mixture into the loaf pan
Bake for about 25 minutes or until the bread spring back when you push it
